Job Summary

The Employer Engagement Executive builds strategic employer partnerships to create sustainable job opportunities for persons with mental health conditions. This role promotes inclusive hiring, supports mentally healthy workplaces, and collaborates with Career Coaches and partners to ensure successful job placements.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with employers to identify and secure inclusive employment opportunities for clients with mental health conditions

Proactively network and conduct outreach to expand employer engagement and diversify job options

Collaborate with Career Coaches to assess clients’ strengths, aspirations, and support needs for effective job matching

Educate employers on mental health awareness, inclusive hiring, workplace accommodations, and employment support programs

Provide consultative guidance to employers during recruitment, onboarding, and post-placement to enhance job retention and success

Plan and execute employer engagement activities, recruitment events, workshops, and networking sessions to strengthen partnerships

Coordinate with government agencies, social service organizations, and community partners to promote inclusive employment initiatives

Maintain detailed records of employer interactions, job opportunities, and placement outcomes to support program evaluation and continuous improvement

Develop and implement a structured sales and outreach plan to grow employer accounts and increase job opportunities

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to job placements, employer relationships, resumes sent, and interviews arranged

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline

Minimum 3 years’ experience in employer engagement, recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, or account management

Proven ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships through strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience as a recruiter, demonstrating effective vacancy servicing and candidate placement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Passion for promoting inclusive employment and improving opportunities for persons with mental health conditions

Knowledge of Singapore’s employment landscape, workplace mental health, or disability inclusion initiatives
