Job Description
Responsibilities
Prepare, marinate and cook tandoori items using appropriate techniques to maintain food standards
Plan and prepare daily menus to meet customer demand and kitchen capacity
Monitor kitchen stock levels regularly to prevent shortages and reduce waste
Manage kitchen ordering by coordinating with suppliers to maintain ingredient availability
Adapt to a non-air-conditioned kitchen environment while maintaining food safety and hygiene
Work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts between 7:30am and 11:00pm
Perform overtime as required to support kitchen operations
