Position : Inside Sales Support - Logistics Coordinator

Subject : Job Descriptions

• Processing of sales orders, purchase order and invoicing via Microsoft Business Central
• Follow-up orders with customer and supplier
• Manage and expedite delivery schedules with supplier
• Arrange import and export shipments with customer and supplier
• Prepare shipment and delivery documents
• Prepare weekly/monthly project delivery status report to customer
• Assisting with project documentation management
• Assisting with vendor pre-qualification when necessary
• Sales related administration
• Perform adequately for any other ad-hoc duties & sales related support assigned by your superior

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant work experience in order processing and customer service, preferably in Oil & Gas sector but not essential
• With or similar industry background will be preferred.
• Good administration skills
• Well organized and able to multi-task
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power point etc)
• Able to work in fast pace environment and under pressure. Willingness to learn.
