Accountant

Singapore | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our professional and supportive team in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Prepare and manage invoices
• Handle Singapore GST filing
• Prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts
• Handle monthly payroll and CPF
• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly and yearly accounting reports

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Singapore accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices
• Good knowledge of GST, bookkeeping, payroll and invoicing
• Knowledge of CPF and IRAS-related accounting matters
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
• Experience with Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, AutoCount or Sage is an advantage
• Able to handle accounting work independently
