Job Summary

You will coordinate customer service operations by managing air con maintenance schedules, arranging site visits, liaising with suppliers and customers for parts replacement, preparing quotations, and supporting accounts to ensure timely payment collections.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer calls to provide timely assistance
• Coordinate project Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities and schedule air conditioning servicing to ensure maintenance compliance
• Arrange project site visits and conduct rectification work surveys with engineers and supervisors in order to give a accurate quote to client
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to manage parts replacement jobs efficiently
• Perform daily administrative tasks related to customer service operations to maintain smooth workflow
• Collaborate with accounts to follow up on outstanding customer payments and support collections
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for clients to facilitate project approvals and sales
