Job Description
Responsibilities
- Foreign Worker Operations: Handle Work Permit (WP), S Pass, and Employment Pass (EP) applications, renewals, cancellations, and MYE (Man-Year Entitlement) tracking via MOM Workpass Account.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage worker dormitory arrangements, mandatory Safety Orientation Courses (CSOC/CSPCM), medical check-ups, and site security pass clearances.
- Payroll & Attendance: Calculate monthly payroll for site workers and office staff, including OT rates (in accordance with Singapore Employment Act), FWL (Foreign Worker Levy), and CPF submissions.
- HR Compliance: Maintain employee records and ensure full compliance with MOM regulations, WSH guidelines, and ISO 9001/45001 audit documentation standards.
- Recruitment and selection process, posting of advertisements, shortlisting, arranging of interviews.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files.
- Administration of company insurance and license and medical insurance claims.
- Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with department heads.
- Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
