We are looking for a passionate Junior Pastry Baker toassist in preparing pastries and baked goods. This role is ideal for someoneeager to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pastries and baked goods
• Follow recipes and food safety standards
• Support senior bakers with daily production and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment
• Follow hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Help with basic decorating, filling, and finishing of pastries
• Monitor baking times and temperatures
• Assist with inventory checks and ingredient storage

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of baking and pastry techniques
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required
• Team player with attention to detail
• Fresh diploma/ite grad welcome
