Responsibilities:

• Support daily logistics and administrative operations for vehicle import, distribution, and delivery processes
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, aftersales, warehouse) and external parties (forwarders, suppliers, transporters)
• Handle documentation including delivery orders, invoices, shipment records, and stock movement reports
• Maintain and update logistics data accurately in system and spreadsheets
• Assist in inventory tracking and ensure timely delivery of vehicles and spare parts
• Prepare regular reports using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Support ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Fresh graduates or interns are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year working experience in logistics, administration, or automotive-related field is an advantage
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Outgoing, cheerful and proactive personality with good teamwork attitude
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to the workplace

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
