Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring daily site operations.
Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural or M&E works
Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
Site supervision of construction workers
Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
NB Resources Pte Ltd (NBR) was started as a sub-contracting company to carry out all kinds of metal fabrication works and building painting works. Now NBR undertakes full spectrum of building construction and has Main Contractor Projects under its portfolio. To support its expansion we are seeking like minded professionals and other staff to assist in NBR's growth.
