As a Finance Executive, you will support the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company. You will be responsible for assisting with accounting activities, financial reporting, documentation, and other finance-related matters to ensure the smooth and accurate operation of the Finance Department.

• Assist in handling the full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation and general ledger activities.

• Assist in cash flow monitoring and other financial analysis.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and other external parties when required.

• Assist in the preparation for annual audit and tax-related matters.

• Ensure accounting records and transactions are maintained accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Assist in maintaining and improving internal controls, accounting processes and systems.

• Identify and assist in resolving accounting and operational issues.

• Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Candidates pursuing or holding professional qualifications such as ACCA, MIA or equivalent will be an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance will have an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with accounting systems such as Acumatica and Unity will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive working attitude, proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin or additional languages will be an advantage.
