Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring OSP fiber projects
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and documentation against approved schedules
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, status updates, and meeting minutes
• Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, ROW, QA/QC)
• Support project close-out activities including documentation compilation and handover packages
• Assist in preparation of technical submittals, method statements, and material approvals
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical requirements
• Support field teams on technical issues and escalate to Engineering Lead as needed
• Maintain organized project documentation (drawings, permits, test records)
• Manage document transmittals, version control, and filing systems
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and client meetings
• Assist in procurement documentation including purchase requests and delivery monitoring
• Support billing and payment processing by validating supporting documents
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors on project-related matters
• Attend coordination meetings and document action items
• Track and follow up on pending requirements from stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree holder in telecommunications or related disciplines.
• Technical support experience is preferable
• Self-motivated, hardworking and detail-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
