HR Property Developer Hiring! Full Time Security Manager - Mall in Melaka, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Job Functions:

• Security Operations – Manage daily security operations, access control, patrols, CCTV monitoring and overall mall security coverage.
• Team Management – Lead, supervise and schedule security personnel, ensuring adequate manpower, discipline, grooming and performance.
• Emergency & Incident Management – Respond to and manage theft, accidents, disturbances, fire emergencies and other security incidents.
• Loss Prevention – Implement measures to prevent theft, vandalism, property damage and other potential security risks affecting tenants and visitors.
• Safety & Compliance – Ensure compliance with mall security procedures, emergency response plans, local authority requirements and relevant security regulations.
• Stakeholder & Contractor Management – Coordinate with tenants, management, police, BOMBA, security contractors and other relevant agencies when required.

Key Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security management, preferably in a shopping mall, commercial building, hotel or similar environment.
• Experience in leading and managing a security team, including manpower scheduling and contractor management.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, patrol operations, incident investigation and emergency response.
• Good understanding of security risk management, loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills; able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
