Cesstech (S) Pte Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a dedicated Engineering Assistant (Calibration) to join our team in Yishun!

Established in 1999, Cesstech is a recognized industry leader providing advanced microcontamination and electrostatic (ESD) management solutions. We support critical ultra-clean environments and high-tech processes across the semiconductor, electronics, and biomedical/pharmaceutical sectors.

What You Will Do:

• Perform calibration and functional checks on measurement instruments and equipment used in cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Prepare detailed calibration reports, maintain accurate compliance records, and manage equipment inventory schedules.
• Assist senior engineers in equipment setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate directly with clients on equipment handovers and status updates, occasionally supporting on-site calibration activities at client facilities.
• Uphold stringent quality and safety practices to support the continuous improvement of our calibration processes.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Education: Relevant Diploma or NITEC certificate in an engineering discipline.
• Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret calibration data and identify discrepancies. Familiarity with cleanroom or high-tech manufacturing standards is a strong advantage.
• Work Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized with basic project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments to meet strict deadlines.
• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English, with a professional, customer-first approach.
• Logistics: Able to work full-time on-site in Yishun and travel occasionally to client locations.
