Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily user support across production, inventory, purchasing, finance, and planning modules.
• Troubleshoot application issues, document user requirements, and assist with patches and upgrades.
• Assist with system configurations, user access management, and data accuracy.
• Create user guides and conduct staff training sessions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to internal dev teams or software vendors.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience supporting business applications or ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of manufacturing/supply chain processes.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
