China Railway Construction (HK) Limited Hiring! Full Time Project Quantity Surveyor in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Handle commercial and contractual management for foundation or large-scale civil infrastructure works;
• Perform measurement, cost estimation, budget control, and forecasting;
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate subcontractor submissions, and manage subcontract awards;
• Assess interim payments, negotiate variation orders (VOs), and manage claims with sub-contractors and clients;
• Prepare, negotiate, and settle final accounts with employers and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant QS experience in construction/civil engineering projects;
• Solid experience working with a Main Contractor is highly preferred;
• Hands-on experience in Foundation, substructure, or Mega-size Infrastructure projects is a strong advantage;
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient in AutoCAD and standard QS measurement software;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
