Ability to provide on-the-job training and orientation to new employees and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Stewarding department

Oversee the hotel back-of-house operation, proper storage of food, kitchen utensils, operating equipment, highest level of sanitation of all kitchens

Have ability to take ownership of hotel property

Knowledge of cleaning process and sterilizing of cold room, dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning, banquet food plating order

Able to work on weekends and festive holidays

Experience in a 5-star hotel will be advantageous

Work closely with another department in the hotel

Provide a supportive role and flexible manner with another department

Conduct inventory of hotel operating equipment

Laise with the F&B Department and Culinary on daily operations

Hands-on leader who is able to proactive and can lead and guide a team efficiently

Understand Banquet events and forecast, outside-catering functions. Experience with major events like F1, Airshows will be an added advantage

Ensure compliance with HACCP standard

Control and manage chemical cost
