Job Description
Responsibilities
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Accountant
to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in handling
full set of accounts
independently and possess strong accounting knowledge with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare GST tax filings and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Support finance-related projects and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in handling a full set of accounts independently.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
What We Offer
SGD 5000.00/ month + Bonus
14 days annual leave + insurance
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00 ( 1 hour lunch time)
