Job description:

- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
- Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty
- Music courses recommendation, enrollment and fee collection
- Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties
- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management
- Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, studentintake/drop out, etc

Job Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
- Self-driven and resourceful
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work at “retail hours” including both weekends
