Job Summary

Oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staffing with clients, supervise and train staff, ensure safety compliance, and manage administrative tasks to support efficient logistics functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient deployment of manpower resources
• Coordinate with clients to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
• Supervise and train operational staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Generate and analyze operational reports to identify areas for continuous improvement
• Perform administrative tasks such as accurate data entry to support operational efficiency
• Coordinate office events and meetings with clients to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration
• Prepare reports and presentations as required to support management decisions

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid driver’s license to support operational mobility and logistics tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Higher NITEC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse setting
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently while handling confidential information
• Flexibility to manage dynamic and ad hoc tasks
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills demonstrated through managing multiple operational and administrative duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and staff
• High attention to detail and accuracy in performing operational and administrative tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-air-conditioned warehouse environment
