Key Responsibilities

Prospect and acquire new clients across target segments including multi-outlet F&B, franchises, food manufacturers, cloud kitchens, and healthcare kitchens

Identify and onboard channel partners (resellers, VARs, F&B consultants, POS/accounting system partners) to expand market reach

Conduct solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's operational pain points

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure and handover to the implementation team

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective and existing accounts

Collaborate with internal teams (product, implementation, support) to ensure a smooth customer experience

Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity logs in the CRM system

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and F&B market developments

Requirements

Must-Have:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or solution selling (SaaS, ERP, POS, F&B tech, or related)

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

Strong consultative selling skills - ability to understand a customer's operations and map solutions to their needs

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-adjacent environment

Willing to travel within Malaysia for client meetings and partner visits

Good to Have:

Prior experience selling to the F&B, hospitality, or food manufacturing sector

Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, POS systems, or IoT solutions

Existing network within the F&B or technology distribution ecosystem

Experience working with or through channel partners/resellers
