Hiring: Finance Specialist (P2P / Procure to Pay)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Salary: RM3,200/month

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our client’s Finance team. This role will support the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing while providing effective support to internal stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Accounts Payable team in delivering professional and consistent services to stakeholder
• Handle Procure-to-Pay (PTP) and Accounts Payable-related activities
• Perform transaction processing, including investigation, issue resolution, and timely escalation
• Respond to and resolve inquiries related to Accounts Payable process.
• Ensure compliance with key controls and established AP procedures
• Assist in identifying and implementing system and process improvement
• Prepare periodic performance reports to monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) Accounts Payable environment or handling full-set accounts
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and G-Suite
