We are looking for a General Counsel to lead legal, regulatory, and governance functions for a global quantitative trading firm, based in Singapore or Hong Kong. The Role: Principal legal advisor on MAS, SFC, SEC/CFTC, and FCA regulatory frameworks Lead fund formation, M&A, JVs, and negotiate LPAs, ISDAs/CSAs, prime brokerage agreements Drive IP protection strategy (proprietary code, data, research outputs) and employment/partner-level matters Head the Legal & Compliance Department, supervise regional regulated entities (incl.
