Job Description
- Lead and manage all plant-level quality assurance and control activities
- Develop and drive Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned to global standards
- Oversee internal and external audits (ISO, API and customer audits)
- Manage quality performance reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues
- Drive supplier quality management, audits, and performance improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent quality standards across operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a plant setting
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and API audit processes
- Experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams
