About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service / Contact Centre professional to join a leading banking organisation in Puchong. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist banking customers in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist banking customers
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions professionally
• Follow up on unresolved customer issues with relevant internal teams
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call activities
• Assist in preparing daily and monthly operational reports
• Monitor calling status and support daily team operations
• Achieve assigned service quality, productivity and performance targets

About you

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, Call Centre or Banking Customer Service is preferred
• Mandarin-speaking ability is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems and applications quickly
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and collaborate with internal teams

Job summary

Senior Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker) in Banking – RM3,500–RM4,000/month

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
