Position: Workshop Supervisor Cum Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor Cum Service Advisor who is a strong team player with a professional work ethic. This role requires both technical expertise and front-line customer service capability, as the supervisor will oversee workshop operations while also supporting customer service tasks such as quotations, invoicing, and customer consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and assign repair jobs to mechanics efficiently

• Diagnose technical issues and carry out fault finding when required

• Supervise workshop operations and guide technicians to ensure quality work

• Provide professional advice to customers regarding vehicle issues and repair solutions

• Prepare quotations and issue invoices for servicing and repair work

• Support front counter operations and customer service when necessary

• Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to high quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in vehicle maintenance and repair

• Strong technical and diagnostic skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and time-conscious individual

• Positive attitude and strong team spirit
