Role Description


Corporate Planning & Strategy Support

  • Support the Group’s annual and medium-term corporate planning exercises, including the consolidation of strategic plans, initiatives, and key performance targets across subsidiaries.
  • Translate Group strategic priorities and OKRs into structured planning templates, scorecards, and implementation trackers.
  • Coordinate inputs from subsidiaries and functional teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and timely submission of strategic plans.
  • Prepare high-quality strategy papers, briefing notes, and presentation materials for Management and Board deliberations.
  • Support the organization and documentation of strategic workshops, planning sessions, and business reviews.


Research, Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, and sector dynamics relevant to the Group’s businesses.
  • Prepare analytical reports, benchmarking studies, and insight papers to support strategy formulation, investment evaluation, and business development initiatives.
  • Maintain a structured repository of market intelligence, research outputs, and strategic reference materials for the Group.



Strategy Execution & Performance Monitoring

  • Support the establishment and maintenance of Group-wide performance monitoring tools to track strategic and transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor subsidiary OKRs and strategic initiatives, identify performance gaps, and highlight risks or delays for escalation.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and dashboards on strategy and transformation execution for the Head, Group Managing Director, and Board Committees.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with business units on corrective actions and implementation updates.


Investor Relations & Stakeholder Communication

  • Support investor relations activities, including preparation of investor presentations, corporate profiles, fact sheets, and performance summaries.
  • Assist in coordinating investor briefings, analyst engagements, and shareholder communications in collaboration with Finance and Corporate Communications.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity of strategic and performance messaging to external stakeholders.
  • Maintain investor-related data, disclosures, and information packs in line with governance and reporting requirements.


Transformation & Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support the Transformation Office in monitoring initiative progress, milestones, and outcome realization.
  • Assist in tracking benefits realization, performance improvements, and sustainability of transformation initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, and performance optimization efforts across the Group.
  • Support change communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement related to transformation initiatives.


Governance, Coordination & Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation, version control, and governance of strategic plans, reports, and Board papers.
  • Liaise with Group Finance, Risk, Governance, and subsidiary teams to ensure alignment of strategic, financial, and performance information.
  • Support ad-hoc strategic assignments, special projects, and management requests as directed by the Head.
