We're Complete VMS Pte Ltd, a growing player in the vehicle management and insurance claims space, and we're looking for a hungry, driven Business Development Executive to expand our network of automotive workshop partners across Singapore.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Your Territory. Build Your Empire.
Hunt & Win – Identify and approach automotive workshops across Singapore to establish lucrative referral partnerships for vehicle insurance claim cases
Get Face-to-Face – Conduct site visits, meetings, and calls that turn cold contacts into committed partners
Grow Your Portfolio – Onboard new workshops and nurture them into consistently active, high-performing referral partners
Be the Go-To Person – Serve as the trusted bridge between workshop partners and our internal operations team
Track Your Wins – Monitor your pipeline, measure your conversions, and report your results with pride every week
Who We're Looking For
Have experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (automotive or insurance background is a big plus!)
Are a natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys meeting people
Are self-motivated and target-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do
Communicate confidently and can present services persuasively
Are comfortable being out in the field and managing your own schedule
Are organised and disciplined with reporting and follow-ups
