About Truth or Dare Rooftop Bar
Truth or Dare Rooftop Bar is a vibrant rooftop dining and nightlife destination, offering guests an exciting combination of food, drinks, music, and city views. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee your assigned kitchen station during daily operations.
• Prepare mise en place and ensure your station is fully ready for service.
• Cook and plate dishes according to recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, wastage control and food safety.
• Report equipment issues, ingredient shortages, or operational concerns promptly.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a bar, club or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
