About the role

We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Live Host to represent CTG Group's beauty and wellness brands across livestreaming and e-commerce channels. You will present products confidently on camera, engage viewers in real time and turn product interest into purchases. This role is suitable for someone who understands livestream selling, enjoys interacting with audiences and is comfortable working towards sales and KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sales sessions across assigned e-commerce and social platforms

• Introduce products, demonstrate usage and explain features and benefits clearly and accurately

• Engage viewers through live comments, questions, product recommendations and calls to action

• Apply effective sales techniques to handle objections, create urgency and improve conversion

• Work towards livestream sales, conversion and engagement targets

• Prepare livestream scripts, product talking points, promotional mechanics and session flow

• Coordinate with the marketing, content and e-commerce teams on campaigns and product priorities

• Maintain a professional, energetic and brand-appropriate on-camera presence

• Review livestream performance and improve presentation based on sales and audience data

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and relevant livestream trends

About you

• Previous hands-on experience as a Live Host, Livestream Sales Host or similar sales-focused presenter is required

• Proven ability to engage viewers and sell products during live sessions

• Confident, energetic and persuasive on camera

• Strong communication, presentation and customer-engagement skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves hosting livestream sales sessions and engaging with predominantly Mandarin-speaking audiences

• Sales-minded and comfortable working towards KPI and conversion targets

• Able to explain product information accurately and respond quickly to live questions

• Genuine interest in beauty, wellness and e-commerce products

• Reliable, organised and able to prepare thoroughly before each live session

• Able to work independently and collaborate with marketing, content and e-commerce teams

Salary

• Basic salary: RM3,000–RM4,000 per month, depending on relevant livestream sales experience and demonstrated capability

Working arrangements

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, on-site

• Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, fixed WFH arrangement

• Livestream sessions will be scheduled according to project and campaign requirements, with advance arrangement
