YOUR ROLE

Perform dimensional and functional inspections for First Article, Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing parts
Operate CMM (Zeiss Calypso) and other precision inspection equipment
Check components against drawings, specifications and quality requirements
Record and maintain accurate inspection and measurement data
Identify and segregate non-conforming parts and initiate the relevant quality procedures
Maintain product identification, status and traceability throughout production
Support calibration and preventive maintenance activities for inspection equipment
Coordinate with equipment owners and calibration suppliers when required
Monitor calibration and preventive maintenance status
Escalate equipment or tooling issues to the Quality Engineer / Quality Manager
Support 5S, yield improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organised and compliant manufacturing environment
