Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information based on established processes and guidelines
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate cases when required
• Update customer information and interaction records accurately
• Meet required service, productivity and quality KPIs Deliver a positive customer experience during every interaction

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum SPM and above
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English Good communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
• Able to work on 24/7 rotating shifts
• Prior customer service/contact centre experience is an added advantage but not mandatory

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
