Job Summary

QVL Pte. Ltd. offers a 3-month internship for logistics students / intern to gain hands-on experience in international freight forwarding and logistics operations, working directly with customers, vendors, and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic knowledge of logistics to support day-to-day freight forwarding operations
• Make and follow up on air freight bookings with airlines to ensure timely shipment processing
• Support ocean freight bookings with shipping lines to facilitate cargo movement
• Communicate clearly with customers to understand and address their logistics requirements
• Arrange pick-ups and deliveries by coordinating with transport vendors to meet schedules
• Collaborate with international agents and logistics partners to support shipment coordination
• Assist in preparing quotations, following up on shipments, and managing operational documentation
• Understand and contribute to the complete workflow from booking through transport, documentation, and delivery
• Demonstrate professional communication skills with customers, suppliers, and overseas partners
• Adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a small team

Required competencies and certifications

Proven basic knowledge in logistics and forwarding

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Mandarin, German, Spanish or other language skills are an advantage
