DIGITAL MARKETING

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in brainstorming, planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, marketing ideas, strengthen the brand and positioning of products.
• To create, write and proofread marketing materials for social media contents, website, ads, video script and etc.
• Brainstorm and draft engaging and interesting content to publish brand-focused messages for marketing campaigns, promotional ideas and etc.
• Propose new trends in the health and beauty industry to keep marketing strategies up to date.
• Analyze, monitor, and measure marketing activity effectiveness and track marketing performances.
• Manage company e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product listings
• Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Manage digital marketing channels (social media, ads, content)
• Optimize product visibility, keywords and marketplace ranking
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with overall business goals
• Contribute to social media & corporate communications
• Remuneration package include the basic salary with commission
• Handle digital marketing ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field
• Creative mindset with basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Cap Cut, etc.).
• 2–4 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop
• Familiar with digital ads, social media and online campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with basic analytics understanding
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
