LanTro (M) Sdn. Bhd. Hiring! Full Time Quantity Surveyor in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on RFQ/Tender processes, taking-off, BQ preparation.
• Work on enquiries of quotations, tender evaluation & report.
• Prepare contract document, tender document, pre-qualification document for typical project.
• Prepare budgeting, cost control and cost analysis for tendering stage and ongoing projects.
• Accountable for pre and post-contract management, monitoring materials and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, and final accounts.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor equivalent.
• Experience in Electrical/ELV industry will be added advantage.
• iMinimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Candidate must possess basic knowledge in Computing, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
• Communicate well in English, BM, Mandarin.
• Possess own transport.
