Responsibilities
Ecommerce Customer Service -
Monitor customer daily movement requests, stock level (quantity and quality).
Liaise with warehouse daily in/out movement, arrange local logistics service.
Daily inventory update and generate report from inhouse system with warehouse report.
Prepare monthly inventory report and billing to customers.
