Senior Interior Designer — Solid Design Studio (Kuala Lumpur, on-site)

Solid Design Studio designs interiors where form and function aren't a trade-off — clean, contemporary spaces built for clients who want precision over trend-chasing. We're a small, hands-on studio and every senior hire shapes how a project actually gets delivered, not just how it looks on paper.

What you'll own

• Lead projects end-to-end: concept, space planning, FF&E, construction drawings, site delivery
• Coordinate directly with architects, contractors, and suppliers to keep design intent intact through execution
• Review drawings and oversee site QC so what gets built matches what was designed
• Mentor junior designers and keep project timelines on track

What you bring

• Strong space planning skills and a portfolio showing coherent, buildable design — not just renders
• Working knowledge of architectural principles and construction documentation
• Fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Senior-level experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors
• Comfortable running client conversations and site meetings, not just design reviews
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field required.
