Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering operations and ensure the smooth delivery of catering services for events and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily catering operations.
• Coordinate event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor catering service crew during events.
• Assign tasks and ensure all staff understand their duties and responsibilities.
• Monitor service quality, food presentation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, logistics, and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle operational issues and resolve problems during events.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards. Provide feedback on staff performance and report operational issues to management.

Location: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
