Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) - Ivalua (Low Code Engineer)

Job Summary:

We’re Seeking Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) - Ivalua (Low Code Engineer) to support our team in Singapore. General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solution delivery, with at least 1 year of hands-on Ivalua configuration experience

• Valid Ivalua L3 certification — Ivalua Certified Functional Specialist or Ivalua Certified Technical Specialist

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes: RFx, Contract Management, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement, and Invoicing

• Experience delivering large-scale, high-availability solutions using Agile methodologies (eg SCRUM)

• Proven stakeholder engagement experience across requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, and go-live

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Genuine passion for public service and working for the public good

• Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS advantageous

• Familiarity with public sector data protection regulations advantageous
