Green Point Asia Pacific in Singapore is a Master Green Point providing coordination for all marketing, sales, training and service activities around the Asia Pacific region.
Job Summary
You will manage the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse materials to support business operations and customer demand, ensuring accurate stock records and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Receive goods and supplies safely, checking for damage or missing items to maintain quality control
Store goods appropriately to preserve product integrity and optimize warehouse space
Pick and pack orders accurately for timely dispatch to customers
Move stock manually or using lifting equipment or forklift trucks to facilitate warehouse operations
Load goods securely for dispatch to prevent damage during transport
Input stock and inventory data into the ERP system to maintain accurate records
Keep stock records and paperwork up to date to support inventory management
Conduct stock counts as required to verify inventory accuracy
Follow manual handling procedures to safely lift and maneuver products
Operate safely in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to protect self and others
Handle hazardous materials according to safety protocols to prevent accidents
Maintain clean and tidy work areas to ensure operational efficiency
Perform regular maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning
Identify and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and add value
Complete other ad hoc assignments as required to support team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
Forklift license (below 5 tons)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to support data entry and reporting
Ability to plan and organize work effectively to meet operational demands
Accuracy in completing paperwork and counting stock items to ensure inventory integrity
Collaborative teamwork attitude to support cross-functional tasks
Flexibility to adapt to various duties and support different functions
