Profile: We are looking for a Visual & Product Designer to architect the product vision and aesthetic soul of our next-generation applications. This role is designed for a world-class product designer who refuses to be confined to static mockups and passive design handoffs. Sitting at the absolute convergence of product strategy, elite visual craftsmanship, and client-side execution, you will use LLM coding agents as your superpower to translate raw product concepts straight into pixel-perfect, interactive frontend interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- UI / UE / Creative Design Ownership:

- Design human-centered interaction models for AI-driven ecosystems, including dynamic user intent parsing, context-aware prompt feedback, and graceful error handling.

- Own the end-to-end visual language, user interface layouts, typography, and micro-interactions of the product.

- Build and maintain a scalable Design System, fully tokenizing design assets to ensure a 1:1 match between design files and the production code repository (e.g., Tailwind CSS, React components).

- Shape the product strategy and feature roadmap by translating business goals and user insights directly into high-fidelity, interactive prototypes instead of traditional text-heavy PRDs.

- Utilize next-generation AI coding tools and code-generation platforms to rapidly translate interface designs into production-ready frontend code.

Your Skills:

- Obsessive eye for premium aesthetics, layout symmetry, typography, information hierarchy, and high-polish motion design.

- Track record of translating complex business objectives and vague requirements into solid product logic and seamless user flows.

- Proficient at leveraging AI coding agents like Cursor, v0, and ************* to ship production-grade, pixel-perfect frontend interfaces.

- Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, semantic HTML, and modern CSS methodologies to maintain absolute control over the UI layer.

- Hands-on experience building highly responsive web and mobile applications using React, Vue, React Native, or Flutter.

- Ownership mindset to take features from a prototype to live production through rapid iterations.

- Fluent in English and Mandarin for seamless cross-functional communication and development collaboration.

- Experience with dynamic layout engines, complex state management, or web animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
