Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly to resolve concerns and enhance satisfaction
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely food and beverage service delivery
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
