Service Technician – Medical & Laboratory Equipment

Medical and Laboratory Equipment supplier is seeking a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair medical and laboratory equipment for our clients. You'll be the hands-on expert ensuring our customers' critical equipment stays reliable and compliant.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory and medical devices at customer sites

Diagnose equipment issues and provide timely, effective solutions

Complete accurate service reports and maintain equipment documentation

Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and regulatory/safety standards

Provide technical support and training to customers as needed

Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and test equipment

Requirements

Diploma / Higher Nitec in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)

Experience servicing medical or laboratory equipment preferred

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills

Valid driver's license is preferred and willingness to travel to client sites

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift equipment and work in clinical/lab environments
