Job Description

Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking products and services to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of Corporate clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling RHB's financial products and services.
  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and increase customer loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, providing tailored advice and solutions across various banking products such as loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
  • Prepare and present financial proposals, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations teams, to deliver seamless and efficient client service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry best practices.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to Corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, investments, and insurance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess relevant certifications if required for specific product offerings.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to customer service.
