Event Processing:
Supervise and process lifecycle events for client portfolios, covering fixing barrier observations, cash flow computations, early redemptions, corporate actions, and maturities.

Market Data Resolution:
Identify missing market data gaps; execute scripts to pull missing data from external vendors or coordinate directly with LexiFi’s centralized Market Data team and clients to resolve exceptions.

Support the operational process on the LexiFi platform for both international clients and global workflows, ensuring seamless handovers across time zones.

Root Cause Analysis:
Diagnose system alerts, incorrect data mappings, or integration failures, collaborating with the product teams in France when deep code modifications are required.

4. Process Optimization &Automation

Workflow Automation:
Develop, script, and automate internal workflows to eliminate manual intervention in daily operations.

Third-Party & API Integrations:
Assist in standardized connectivity projects with execution platforms, custodians, and institutional booking engines.

Help unify business workflows and functional modules across all client instances.

5. Client Interaction &Regional Coordination

Technical Toolkit:
  • Basic scripting and automation skills utilizing functional languages like VBA, Python, or similar languages to help optimize local processes.
  • Experience working with financial data systems (Refinitiv, Bloomberg).
  • Strong familiarity with leveraging modern AI tools, command-line interfaces (CLI), and AI agents to accelerate troubleshooting, parse data, and automate routine tasks.

LexiFi is a Paris-based FinTech company founded in 2001 that specializes in managing complex derivatives and structured investment products.

The firm pioneered a formal "contract algebra" - a domain-specific language that acts like a DNA sequence for financial contracts - enabling financial institutions to unify product structuring, pricing, risk management, document generation, and automated lifecycle processing within a single platform.

Its solutions are widely used by private banks, asset managers, and issuers to streamline post-trade processing and middle-office operations, as well as reduce operational risks.
