BAIC is one of China's largest automotive groups, and our line-up in Malaysia is growing fast — the locally assembled BJ40, BJ 30 and Arcfoc T1 are now in full CKD production, with more SUV and EV models on the way. We are building the team that will put these cars in customers' hands and keep them on the road.

1. SALES ADVISOR

You are the face of BAIC to every walk-in, test drive and delivery. This is a role for someone who enjoys people, follows up relentlessly, and wants earnings tied to their own effort.

What you will do

• Greet, qualify and advise walk-in, phone and online enquiries on the BAIC range
• Conduct product presentations and test drives, including EV-specific topics: range, charging, battery warranty and running-cost comparisons
• Build and work your own prospect pipeline — follow-ups, referrals, roadshows, corporate and fleet leads
• Prepare quotations, trade-in valuations and booking documents
• Coordinate hire purchase and insurance applications with our panel of banks and insurers
• Manage the customer from booking to registration and handover — JPJ, e-Hakmilik, accessories, delivery date
• Deliver a proper vehicle handover: features walkthrough, warranty, first service booking, app and charging setup
• Keep after-delivery contact alive for satisfaction scores, service reminders and referrals
• Achieve monthly sales, test drive and booking targets, and keep the CRM/DMS accurate and up to date
• Support showroom displays, roadshows and launch events, including weekends where required

What we are looking for

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• [1–2] years' experience in automotive sales preferred
• Fresh candidates with strong sales drive and the right attitude are welcome to apply as well
• Valid Malaysian driving licence (D) with a clean record
• Confident spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or other dialects an advantage
• Comfortable with digital selling — WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and online leads
• Presentable, disciplined with follow-ups, and genuinely target-driven
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a roster.Remuneration
• Basic salary: RM ************* depending on experience
• Commission: RM************* per car sold
• Incentives / bonuses: If target number of cars sold achieved, there will be extra bonus. To be discussed.
• Allowances: Roadshow petrol allowance and ot allowance will be provided.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
