Job Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation: Make hot and cold drinks,and teas following exact recipes.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and offer menu suggestions.
• Cash Handling: Process cash and card transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Cleanliness: Keep counters, seating areas, and equipment clean and sanitary.
• Stock Management: Restock cups, lids, tealeaves, syrups, and displays.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Know how to use grinders, and blenders.
• Communication: Enjoy talking to people and offering friendly service.
• Speed and Focus: Work fast and multi-task during busy hours.
• Physical Stamina: Stand for long hours and lift heavy items like milk crates or coffee bags.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,798.63 per month
