Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, systems, and processes.
• Deliver effective HR Shared Services and operational support to employees and HR teams.
• Partner with Country HR, Corporate HR, and cross-functional teams on HR operations.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Support global HR projects and Global Process Ownership activities.
• Ensure HR processes comply with legal, regulatory, audit, and company requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate HR reports, including personnel cost management and forecasting.
• Research, resolve, and escalate HR process and operational issues.
• Provide excellent HR customer service and monitor internal customer satisfaction.
• Support process, system, and organizational changes across different regions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in HR Shared Services / HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with Workday, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate is highly desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and operational excellence.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
