- Reporting to: Senior Commercial Excellence Manager
- Location: Kuala Lumpur

- Develop, implement, and facilitate high-impact onboarding and ongoing training programs tailored to sales methodologies, product portfolios, and clinical messaging.
- Partner directly with sales leadership to conduct field coaching, analyze competency gaps, and enhance account management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to build targeted training modules for critical product launches, regulatory updates, and market access strategies.
- Establish key performance indicators to track training efficacy, evaluate behavioral changes in the field, and continuously refine training materials to boost overall sales productivity.
- Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within pharmaceutical sales industry. Prior experience in providing sales training to internal stakeholder would be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and cultivating strong client relationships within the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
