About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our beauty distribution operations. You will be handling skincare, makeup, fragrance and FMCG, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check and store incoming beauty products
Pick, pack and prepare orders for retail stores, e-commerce and events
Ensure proper handling of fragile items (e.g. glass bottles, cosmetics)
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory updates
Monitor product conditions and report any damages or discrepancies
Keep warehouse clean, organized and compliant with safety standards
Assist in stock takes and inventory audits
Support loading and unloading of goods
Requirements
Physically fit and able to handle manual work
Responsible, detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working with small, fragile and high-value items
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Additional Advantage
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,400 (commensurate with experience)
