Job Scope

• Perform assembly and testing of complex semiconductor equipment and modules.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic system issues.

• Support new product introduction (NPI), process validation and engineering changes.

• Review work instructions, maintain MES records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

• Must have 2 years of experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing or semiconductor production

• Able to interpret engineering drawings and follow technical work instructions.
